Sojourn through South Africa with Jim Omi Cramer, founder of Spirit Tours who has led 4 tours to South Africa. Visit Kruger National Park for 4 days of game viewing and5 days in Capetown visiting Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for 17 years. We will ascend Table Mountain in a cable car, visit the famous Kirstenbosch Gardens, and travel along one of the world’s most breathtaking drives coastal drives to the Cape of Good Hope. Enjoy Cape Town’s diverse cultures through local cuisine, entertainment and craft markets. This tour was inspired By Spirit Tours founder, James Cramer. He lived in South Africa in the early 70’s and has hitchhiked 3,000 miles from South Africa to Kenya. James’ connection to the rawness and richness of Africa is what he strives to share with every Spirit Tours member.
Cape Town – Walk the sky canopy and experience the rich botanical diversity at the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Free afternoon to get last minute supplies before we head out on Safari.
Cape Town – Kruger. Depart early to Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s largest game reserves, measuring in at 7,523 Sq Mi. We will be through the bush on our way to Ngala Private Game reserve. Upon arrival in Ngala, we will check in and then be taken on a late afternoon game viewing drive. Delicious African cuisine will be served daily at Ngala.
Kruger – Rise early, at dawn, for breakfast before our morning game viewing drive through the Game Reserve with a Ngala Game warden. After returning to the Lodge for lunch enjoy the optional bush walk or lounge by the pool with views of the watering hole. In the late afternoon we will depart for an afternoon /sunset game viewing drive. Welcome dinner with our Ngala guides.

We will return to the Lodge around 10:00am to check out of the Lodge and be transferred to nearby Hoedspruit Airport to fly to Johannesburg or Capetown for our international flight home.
